This one looks one of the four French coast GPA's !
There was one called "Arromanches" with French lic. plate ; 4501 BA 8.
This one has lic. plate ; 3139-R-P.
But it looks if this one has also the letters; Arr....
Maybe our GPA friend Dominique can give us some information abouth this ??

I have some more pictures of this véhicle. The plate reads [3139 R P], picture taken in 1948. It is obviously not the same than the French Riviera's ones because the spare tire is still in place. Markings on both side are BIKINI, but I cannot read the front dash marking ...

GPA's from Juan les Pins were

4499 BA 8 - Arromanches II
4501 BA 8 - Arromanches I
5498 BA 8 - Arromanches III
5499 BA 8 - Arromanches IV

and at least also 3 more GPA's in the garage of the owner ... (2 dismanteled and one complete).

Finally, I read the front dash marking, it's "Allo, à l'eau".
