GPA-data in metric masses

Hello,
at the time I restore GPA 3959.
For the technical acceptance in Germany, I need the date of the vehicle in metric masses (centimeters, kilograms), not as in all manuals in American (pounds, inches, etc.).
Has anyone perhaps this data (length, width, height, weight training, maximum permissible weight, permissible axle load front and rear axle, stationary and moving noise in dB(A)) already converted?
Perhaps these data were needed for admission somewhere in Europe before, then it would be great to get this as a copy.
