Hi Everyone,
I need a favor, I need to know the length of the bolts that hold on the PTO to back of transfer case. I also need to know the length of the thread. The parts book says 3 inches for length but that seems long. The ones that I have are attached to my GPA and wired in so hard to check with my originals. One more thing, how many holes in the bolt head and what is the diameter?

Hi Michael,

Last Saturday I bolted my PTO on. Size of the bolts are 3/8 UNC, there are 2 holes through and trough (so 4 holes out of 6 on the head) I do know how long they are but I think 2" or so, I will measure them up for you later this week.

The length of the bolts from end to end is 2.5 inch.

Could you please measure the length of the threaded portion of the bolt?

I have 2 different types, one has 1" threaded portion, the other 1.5".
I,ve tried both, and both do fit. I used the ones with 1.5" threaded portion.
