Question on Wing Canvas and Document Pouch

Everyone,

I received the wing canvas and travel pouch canvas from Beachwood Canvas and have a couple questions:

My NOS outer windshield has holes that go all the way through the tubing where the canvas attaches suggesting that the attachment for the canvas were screws rather than the bayonets that run across the top of the winshield. What holds the canvas to the outer frame on the side of the windshield?

Second, I received the travel pouch cover but something does not seem correct. My metal part suggests that there were two snaps on the front side and scews and retainers (similar to the driver and passenger rear cushions). Does anybody have pictures of these areas that I can see how this was attached.

I know the problems with canvas from John & Mary and Beachwood !
That's the reason I produce these GPA canvas parts my self
