Progress of GPA #8787

Progress of GPA #8787:

Since the last post following items have been mounted/ made ready:

-complete steering and the rudder cables;
-pedal shaft axles;
-master brake cylinder;
-propellor shaft and propellor;
-reflectors on hull;
-drag link with draglink boot;
-front axle with springs;
-rear axle with springs.

Soon the axles will be mounted, so the hull can come off the rotisserie:

Leo,

Great job. I know it will feel fantastic when the axles are mounted. Please let us know if you have any difficulties so the rest of us do not make the same mistakes when we go to assemble our GPAs.

Thanks for allr your compliments, it keeps me motivated to go on.
Soon I will post some more progress.

Dominique and Glenn, I really look forward to go in the water together one day sunny

Michael, I will make a list of the difficulties I have faced along the way.
I will post that list somewhere next week. I think it is good to share them with others.
I also was very happy with all the good tips I've got from experienced GPA owners/restorers.

Some more progress made. Due to the cold wheater it took a little longer then I hoped.

All brake lines, tubes and brakes shoes attached:
