Did The GPA have USA numbers on both sides and the rear?
Thanks David

David,

Yes, on both sides and the rear, but only in US Service.
British/Canadian, Russian and other countries that used the GPA often did not have the USA registrations numbers on it, but used their own numbers.

Hi David and Leo,
Just as a supplement to this item. WW2 photos shows for the British and Canadian reg. numbers the front right side and rear above the pintle hook. No number on the left side.
I found on GPA # 11933 the Br. number just on the right front side. The rear one was gone.
