I have some more pictures of this véhicle. The plate reads [3139 R P], picture taken in 1948. It is obviously not the same than the French Riviera's ones because the spare tire is still in place. Markings on both side are BIKINI, but I cannot read the front dash marking ... GPA's from Juan les Pins ...

I agree with all your comments, I already never saw this kind of early model black out bracket on a GPA before.

I suppose that the date is Sept 2 1942.
