Need Help on Wiring

Everyone,

I am on the final stages of the wiring and have hit a snag. My GPA is a late model with the filter box in the passenger vent side and not the three filter setup underneath the dash. The wiring diagram for a GPW suggests some kind to two post junction terminal for the VR-BAT to the ammeter and for the power side of the starter switch and other side of ammeter. I cannot find anywhere on the passenger side of the firewall a place for a two post junction block. The wiring I have suggests that there must be a junction block somewhere (the wires are not long enough to reach). Does someone know what is meant by the object in Fig 3- Lighting system of the GPA manual where it depicts 15 as Filter Terminal to Regulator and 17 as Filter Terminals to Ammeter. A picture would also be helpful.
