Hi all,
Last week we enjoyed a wonderfull week in Switserland with more than 50 amphibious vehicles.
The team of Jean Maurice Ducommun not only arranged a wonderfull swimming time but they also
arranged several interesting visits.
How they did it is a miracle but they even arranged very weather !
What else do you need as being together with so many amphib friends, sunshine, beautifull location and a lot of drinks
The law is very strict for swimming with amphibs in Switserland but the team opened several " closed doors "for us !!
The was even an " fly pass " by F 18 fighters.
Not one but two American guests were over to join us !
There were ; 12 GPA, 21 Amphicars, 3 DUKW's, 3 Swimmwagen, 4 GAZ, 5 Dutton, 1 own build Amphib, 1 amphi Ranger, 1 Jet Ranger,
1 amphib Landrover ......
With the "farewell diner" Bjorn Fosholm invited us all to join next Amphib 2012 in Norway
I am now already looking forward to this.
I 'm sure I speak for everybody to thank the organisation for this wonderfull event !
